It's a new take on that weird SNL song, I'm on a (Solar Powered Boat). The worlds largest Soar Powered boat to be exact! The 5,382 square foot yacht will launch in April 2011. It's plans are to sail (err, motor) around the world. Is it me or does this thing look like it's related to Star Trek's Enterprise?

The body of Yoda is a dense chocolate cake. The frosting is vanilla buttercream and covered with marshmallow fondant. Excuse me while i go run 4 miles so I can eat the entire thing this afternoon!!!
